Jizana Lorin Sandoval, Founder & Director of Masonry Built by La Sandoval, brings more than 20 years of experience across construction, architectural technology, construction management, interior design and property development.
Throughout her career, she has completed multiple professional certifications and diplomas across the construction and architectural fields, while contributing to and overseeing nearly 40 completed projects and contracts, including multi-million-dollar residential properties across the Caribbean, alongside professional experience in the United Kingdom.
Her approach is different.
Jizana believes property should be understood before it is transformed—combining design thinking, construction knowledge, commercial awareness and practical project experience to see opportunities that others may overlook.
Her vision is to create a more intelligent way of approaching property—where design meets strategy, experience meets execution, and every project is built with purpose.

His extensive financial-sector background provides the company with valuable insight into financial structures, investment considerations, risk management, regulatory compliance, and the broader financial landscape surrounding property and business development.
Kuljinder’s distinctive combination of banking, investment, and compliance expertise strengthens Masonry Built by La Sandoval’s ability to deliver informed solutions to clients, investors, and development partners.
